Posting, waitlists and other makes

How do I send a watch by post?

Wrap it in a sock, put it in a small box, and send it by Swiss Post Signature with insurance to its value. Put a copy of the request below inside. We confirm by email the day it arrives.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No. The bench is open Tuesday to Saturday, 09:30–18:00. Pressure tests and strap fittings are done while you wait.

Is a service covered by the warranty?

Inside two years, regulation, water resistance and any movement fault are repaired free. A full service after five years is CHF 420.

How do I join a waitlist?

Choose “Waitlist for a sold-out watch” below and name the model. We write once, the week the next run is cased, and hold one for you for seven days.

Can you service a watch you did not make?

Mechanical watches only, and we quote within three days of seeing it, before anything is opened. No quartz, sorry.

What will it cost to post it back?

Return post is CHF 25 inside Switzerland, insured and signed for; free on any warranty repair.
