Delivery, returns and sizing

The five things to know before a watch leaves the bench. Anything else, the bench answers by phone on +41 32 931 47 20.

CHF 25Insured delivery in Switzerland, one to two working days, signed for.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Insured, signed-for delivery is CHF 25 inside Switzerland and arrives in one to two working days. Within the EU it is CHF 45 and three to five days; import VAT is charged by your country on arrival. UK and US orders are CHF 60, five to seven days.

Can I return a watch?

Yes, within 30 days if it is unworn — the protective film is still on the caseback and the strap has not been sized. We send a prepaid label inside Switzerland and refund within five working days of it reaching the bench.

What does lug to lug mean, and why do you print it?

It is the distance from the tip of the top lugs to the tip of the bottom ones. If it is longer than the flat top of your wrist, the watch overhangs however small the dial looks — so it matters more than case diameter.

Is every watch mechanical?

All twelve are mechanical. The Jura, Doubs and Pouillerel are automatic; the Brévine, Sentier and Combe are hand-wound and want a few turns of the crown each morning.

What if the one I want is sold out?

Its price stays on the card. Join the waitlist from the card and we write to you once, the week the next run is cased — the Squelette is due back on 12 January 2027.
